Party Warrior's Dance

    Close to midnight.

Shawn opened his eyes in bed. He looked at his cell phone. 11:57. He smirked to himself. Time to act, he thought. Shawn picked up his phone and made two calls.

    "/Nicole?/" he asked.

    "/Yeah?/" she replied.

    "/It's time,/" he said.

"/Where do you want to meet up?/" his bird asked.

"/Out in the fields,/" Shawn said.

    "/I'll be over./"

"/Good job./" Both of them hung up. Now for the next class. Shawn dialed up the next number.

    "/Cassie!/" he said.

    "/Shawn!/" she exclaimed.

    "/It's time,/" Shawn told her.

    "/Time for what?/" Cassie asked. "/Are the Germans invading?/"

"/No,/" Shawn replied. "/We're going out tonight, remember?/"

"/Oh,/" she said, sounding a bit disappointed. "/Where?/"

"/Out in the fields,/" he said. "/Nicole will be waiting there with everything set up./"

    "/Cheers,/" she said.

"/See you there,/" he said. They both hung up. Shawn lied back in bed and smirked to himself. All the players were set and now time to head out. The Goth artist leapt out of bed, put on his shoes, and climbed out of his window to join the ladies for the night.

The trio had planned this for weeks now. Out in an abandoned field so that police couldn't harass them. A little light source, music, beer, and drugs. Let the rest fall into place nice and neat. Shawn climbed over the fence and raced over to Nicole and Cassie standing near stacks of hey. He gave them a huge grin as he held out his arms to them.

"/Hey there!/" he greeted them. The girls looked up and waved.

    "/Hi!/" Cassie cheered.

    "/All set?/" Shawn asked.

    "/Yeah!/" the girls replied.

"/Sweet,/" the Goth artist said. "/Let's get started!/" Cassie turned out the lights on the posts. Nicole cranked up the music. She joined Shawn on the tires as Cassie began to smoke some pot and dance around to the music. Now to wait for the flock to come.

Sure enough, kids from two different high schools in the area came and joined the people. It started to look like Burning Man Festival with all of the drinking, smoking, and dancing to the pounding music in the air. Shawn and Nicole sat over them like a king and queen.

Yet, that didn't feel like enough. Shawn felt that something was missing from this adventure. Then, an idea came to him. He leaned over and whispered it to Nicole. She turned to him with a grin.

"/Perfect!/" she exclaimed. Shawn climbed off of the tires and walked over to the crowd. The kids parted to either side of him. Shawn paused and whispered to two of them. The trio walked over to the barrels of gasoline sitting by the stereo. As they began uncapping and pouring it on the ground, Nicole pulled out her lighter from her dress and clicked it on. Shawn and the two boys with him pulled the gasoline in a line and a huge circle in the middle of the crowd. Cassie gleefully watched on. When the boys were finished, she turned to the Goth Princess and flashed a thumbs-up at her. The queen herself grinned as she nodded. Nicole threw down her lighter on the gas. Flames raced to the center and...

BOOM! The rebellious partiers danced to the high bonfire on the dry grass. Nicole and Shawn watched on with huge grins on their faces.

"/Perfect!/" Shawn announced. Nicole cuddled close to him smiling. The party wound up and got higher before the sun even rose. However, Cassie, Shawn, and Nicole snuck away when things began to wind down.

By sunrise, a farmer was greeted by confusion as he went out to find his field burnt and littered with paraphila and empty bottles and cans.

What the hell, he thought as he looked around at the mess.
