The People:
Noiz walked
down the hall, camera in head.
“Here at
Tokyo-Zion Academy, we hire the most competent of staff,” she said. “We all give
it all to try.” She rounded the corner to the right. “In the beginning, there
weren’t that many people to work with.”
Noiz pushed
open the doors and walked into another hall.
“I was just
me and couple friends in the beginning. Then the students came. So, more people
had to join us.” The camera looked into a classroom for a few seconds before
moving on.
“That’s when
more people started coming in to work for us. Slowly, of course. They just found
us.” She goes further down the hall.
“I don’t know
how we managed to attract such fine people. Really, I don’t.” The camera looked
through a couple more classrooms before stopping on a bulletin board.
“It’s funny,”
Noiz said. “Most of them took on multiple classes in the beginning. Even if they
couldn’t qualify. The staff has grown and some of the responsibilities of the
original staff members have decreased, but they still take on extra work when
they need to.”
Noiz walked
up to double doors that led outside and shrugged.
“I don’t know,” she said. “We are just totally committed to our work. It’s just how we are.” The headmistress pushed open the doors and walked outside.
