Hey, Nick here. Actually, My full name is Nicholas Trent. Shite name, I know. But, I didn't choose it. Anyway, I am English. Nothing to be proud of there. I am just an English bastard orphan living in Tokyo. Yes, I said that. Right. I am a total bastard, jackass, arsehole, wanker, prat, twat, cock, dick, prick, jerk. Call me what you like. I don't give a shite. I just love causing trouble and making people miserable in the process. That's just how I do. Don't like? Shove it! I am a troublemaker and I'm here to stay!

I am 16 years old and an orphan. Yes, you read that right. My parents died when I was ten. Don't go all boo-hoo-hoo on me! I can do just fine! In fact, I am emancipated. I used to live with my older sister, Effy. But, I became emancipated at fifteen and moved out. Life is good ever since. My father was a photo journalist. He took me on his many assignments because he couldn't find me a baby-sitter. Ha-ha! Those were the good old days.

My friends don't seem to mind me being a jerk. Hell, I don't even try to remember their names. I just slap on nicknames to them. Just as simple. Saves me time trying to get to know them. My favourite album is Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here. I love a good fag. I smoke them by the packs. Effy nags me about how I should quit smoking and it'll give me lungs cancer one of these days. But you know what, screw her? I will smoke until I get happy! Top that with beer and some weed and I am the happiest bastard in the world! I swear that Effy is plotting to kill me. She has already tried twice, but they have failed. I refuse to die. I want to out live all of my enemies. Pocky thinks I'm a nutter. But, I just shrug him off. Some people just don't understand me. But who cares anyway?

I am proud self-proclaimed atheist. I don't believe in God. I love saying that to all the devout Christians I know. Ace, who is a God-fearing Catholic, argues with me to no end. Neither of us win, but it is sure fun to piss her off! I also love undermining Rat-Face. He is such a smug little git. One day, I swear I will wipe that smirk off his face.

I will become a photo journalist, just like the old man. I'm will on my way, believe it or not. They say no man is an island. Ha! I beg to differ! Okay, I have to take Ace with me. Otherwise, she would fall to pieces in never-never land. (I can't have that, now can I?)
